In Ohio, kids decorate for kids. How cool is that?

Thanks to Crisanne, who read about Drop In & Decorate on the fabulous Bake at 350 blog and organized our first-ever event in Ohio:

We had our Drop In & Decorate® party last night and it was so much fun!

The average age of the decorators was 5 years old.

My daughter and I dropped off almost 5 dozen cookies at the Columbus Ronald McDonald House on Saturday morning. I think the kids and families at the House will get their sugar fix :) Very rewarding and I can't wait to do it again!

Thanks for the great idea. All the moms thought it was a fabulous idea and we are so glad to be a part of it!

Crisanne, thanks to all of you for such fantastic decorating -- and for this great idea:

Put down a base of white Royal icing on your cookies, and have lots of food coloring pens so the kids can color right on the cookies!
