Gudrun, who blogs at Kitchen Gadget Girl Cooks, gathered 11 friends last month to decorate 220 cookies for Ronald McDonald House at Stanford and Haven House in Menlo Park, California.

I really enjoyed reading your post. I live in a rural area of WV and I know when we do things for the kids at my daughters school they get so excited. I could just imagine how many hearts you have touched.

Thank you for posting about our party! Lots of fun was had, and I already have my heart cookie cutters ready to go for the next holiday, Valentine's Day.
